Over
the years Stefano has developed programs for every age group and level,
including youth, seniors and athletes. He also uses functional agility
training, with emphasis on increased motor skills, coordination and
balance.
Although he no longer competes, Stefano trains regularly, maintains a
healthy diet and lifestyle, and is truly a role model for living fit!
his credo for working with clients is to help them achieve a healthy
lifestyle and attain their fitness goals.
No matter what your level of fitness, age or limitations, Stefano will
custom tailor a program that will enable you to reach optimal capacity
and performance. In fact Stefano welcomes the opportunity of working
with people who have limitations such as lower back, knee, wrist or
shoulder injury. The many injuries Stefano sustains himself led him to
develop different training techniques, including weight training (after
physical therapy), that enabled him to come back even stronger than
before. And because he believes fitness should be a way of life, Stefano
makes your sessions enjoyable. His philosophy is "healthy mind, healthy
body".
